Banana coffee cooler

Perfect pre workout drink . It easy and fun to make.
Ingredients list
2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 tea spoon cinnamon
1 frozen banana 🍌


1 Step Add instant Coffee in 1/2 cup hot water stir, until all the crystal have evaporated.
2step add all other ingredients
3dtep Blend ingredients together
4. Pour drink to glass or bottle half filled with ice



This is a drink for all you fitness people.
It’s great because it has additional protein potassium.
Both potassium and protein, are great for your muscles, and reduce cramping and muscle fatigue.
It also travels well in a sports bottle. It won’t get warm by the time you go to the gym.
