It seems like every year forecaster say the same thing. You can almost add air quotation marks to the statement. This year will be the hottest summer on record. It’s hard finding the motivation to get out of bed in the morning, when the outside air is as hot as a toaster oven. It’s on days like this, or our usual hot confection , coffee, Will just make us feel worseWill just make us feel worse. Although I Coffee is caffeinated it has several benefits to help us go in the morning. It’s just as we said earlier too hot,

During the hot summer months we need a different approach to her morning routine. Some prefer iced tea, others prefer Samosa, but I prefer ice coffee in the morning. The only trouble is knowing how to make one. Here one easy to make recipe you won’t have to google. I was spending a small fortune on ice coffee for the Summer. A coworker of mine showed me how to make iced coffee that didn’t cost me anything to make. mostly because it consist of things I have around the house already. in the paragraph below I’m going to share the recipe with you it’ll only cost you eight dollars and you can get ten servings out of it. Perhaps ten ,if you don’t have an ice tree. I

2 tablespoons of instant coffee
Half a cup of creamer
Six small ice cubes
A squirt of honey
Optional
NutMeg or Cinnamon

First things first, pour 2 tablespoons of instant coffee into a glass or coffee mug. Then use hot water not too hot just enough to dissolve the instant coffee crystals. I use my tapwater turn on the hot knob to its hottest it will go from there. Pour water to about half the cup. Then add half a cup of creamer, if you feel the creamer is too thick, you can use a quarter of a cup of vanilla creamer in a quarter of a cup almond milk. Last touch add just a squeeze of honey.

Once you have your coffee and creamer It’s time For the ice cubes. Are use a tray that creates small circular ice cubes that fit into different glasses more comfortably. Do you want about six small ice cubes. That’s just the right amount it’ll quit drink it has evaporates it won’t water down too much.

Know if your traditional coffee drinker then your drink probably stopsit’s right about here. I like to get a little bit more creative and put my own spin on the drink. As I mentioned earlier These ingredients are purely optional. I like to finish my drink off with a teaspoon of nutmeg and a teaspoon of cinnamon. It just seems to give the taste a more earthy vibe. Another option you may want to consider as we get closer to winter time is adding some nutmeg and pumpkin spice to the mix.
Don’t forget to stir vigorously. Nothing worse than having a drink that’s unevenly portions. Now that we’ve done the following steps the only thing left to do is to enjoy and figure out how we’re going to where to work when it’s 100° outside.
