Bowl and spoon 🥄

2 tablespoon of Matcha

10 ice cubes

One cup of milk.

Instructions

Step 1. Poor 1/4 cup of hot water in a bowl

Step2. Mix two teaspoons of Matcha .

Step3. Mix well

Step4. put 10 cubes into a tall glass

Step5. Poor 1 cup of either milk, almond milk or coconut milk , in the glass.

Step6. Poor Matcha in the glass mix and enjoy.

Today we’re leaving the realm of mugs and coffee grinders behind. So ,we can enjoy quality time with caffeinated friend Matcha. Matcha is a Green tea leaf Painstakingly grounded into a fine powder. They have more health regular green tea, because your ingesting the leaf itself.

Matcha is loaded with calcium and antioxidants both of which are great for your skin elasticity and reduces inflammation. It also boasts your immune system. It’s a good idea to drink around cold season.
