The idea of a tropical 🏝 🐠 coffee drink really intrigues me . If you’re been playing close attention, you would notice the last two coffee. Where more smoothie in nature. I’ll be honest though, burnt beans and pineapple or orange don’t always mix well together. Coconut on the other hand is light and smooth enough to go with just about anything.
I think this drink is great if you don’t drink it all in one gulp. sense it doesn’t have the strongest flavors in the world. It drinks more like a tea sense it has more complex flavors. It’s best if you drink it slow. So, if your a tea drinker, you might want switch it up for one afternoon or morning, and drink this instead.
I like this drink best when I’m sitting under a tree , next to the Canal in my backyard. The taste really takes me away from any distractions while I’m writing. The taste really accompanies the sound of the crickets and swaying of leaves in breeze adding atmospheric effect.

What stood out to me about this recipe, was how uncomplicated and creamy it was. It taste like a upscale , but half the price. If only, I could find an apartment like that in Hollywood, Fl. However, I digress, You can impress your boyfriend or girlfriend with this drink. For example, say you guys planed to go on a hike in the morning, In the time it takes to lace up their shoes , it will be ready to serve. It cost about the price of a pikes grande and it serve two. If you want to add the extra barista touch, trying whip cream and a cherry. That is if you decide to skip the hike, and watch a movie instead.

I recently started experimenting with ice coffee drinks.because I thought it would be easier for my reader to make at their home ls or offices. You don’t need, a lot of machinery to make these drinks.
I approach this recipe, with some skepticism. I thought to myself, how can a drink have a similar taste and texture to a marshmallow. The chocolate I could see, but the marshmallow I had to find out for myself. When I tasted the drink I was pleasantly surprised. Not only, was it cool and refreshing,But I could taste the creaminess of the marshmallow. My advice to you guys while making this is to make double the size of the recipe. You’re going to want to share it with your friends and family.
Cheers here’s to the summer and the experiences it brings with it.
It seems like every year forecaster say the same thing. You can almost add air quotation marks to the statement. This year will be the hottest summer on record. It’s hard finding the motivation to get out of bed in the morning, when the outside air is as hot as a toaster oven. It’s on days like this, or our usual hot confection , coffee, Will just make us feel worseWill just make us feel worse. Although I Coffee is caffeinated it has several benefits to help us go in the morning. It’s just as we said earlier too hot,

During the hot summer months we need a different approach to her morning routine. Some prefer iced tea, others prefer Samosa, but I prefer ice coffee in the morning. The only trouble is knowing how to make one. Here one easy to make recipe you won’t have to google. I was spending a small fortune on ice coffee for the Summer. A coworker of mine showed me how to make iced coffee that didn’t cost me anything to make. mostly because it consist of things I have around the house already. in the paragraph below I’m going to share the recipe with you it’ll only cost you eight dollars and you can get ten servings out of it. Perhaps ten ,if you don’t have an ice tree. I
Above are items you’ll need to make your ice coffee
2 tablespoons of instant coffee Half a cup of creamer Six small ice cubes A squirt of honey
Optional NutMeg or Cinnamon
First things first, pour 2 tablespoons of instant coffee into a glass or coffee mug. Then use hot water not too hot just enough to dissolve the instant coffee crystals. I use my tapwater turn on the hot knob to its hottest it will go from there. Pour water to about half the cup. Then add half a cup of creamer, if you feel the creamer is too thick, you can use a quarter of a cup of vanilla creamer in a quarter of a cup almond milk. Last touch add just a squeeze of honey.
Once you have your coffee and creamer It’s time For the ice cubes. Are use a tray that creates small circular ice cubes that fit into different glasses more comfortably. Do you want about six small ice cubes. That’s just the right amount it’ll quit drink it has evaporates it won’t water down too much.
Know if your traditional coffee drinker then your drink probably stopsit’s right about here. I like to get a little bit more creative and put my own spin on the drink. As I mentioned earlier These ingredients are purely optional. I like to finish my drink off with a teaspoon of nutmeg and a teaspoon of cinnamon. It just seems to give the taste a more earthy vibe. Another option you may want to consider as we get closer to winter time is adding some nutmeg and pumpkin spice to the mix.
Don’t forget to stir vigorously. Nothing worse than having a drink that’s unevenly portions. Now that we’ve done the following steps the only thing left to do is to enjoy and figure out how we’re going to where to work when it’s 100° outside.
Everyone from Music producers to Uber drivers is trying to save money these days. Some cut their Netflix and Amazon prime services. Some go as far changing toilet paper from double ply to single ply. We don’t need to sacrifice comfort and convenience in order to save money. You can have a coffee house experience at home if you know how to unitize what you have around your home and the ideas in your mind. We all have an inner Barista and with a little direction and know how we can channel the energy to good use. We can create the café experience we want.
Atmosphere
Lighting is everything, especially when it comes to the dinning experiences. It is well-known that restaurants use lighting to create emotion. Lower the light bulb wattage and you create a more subdued environment to relax in. Bright light is liken to an amplifier to guitar – they heighten emotions. So, weather you’re happy or sad its sensation will be magnified in a bright room. Blue light can create energy. Natural light is said to be best for your health. There is a ton of ways to change to lighting. If you like an intimate setting, studio light is a good way to go. They are smaller and can concentrate light in a specific area. On top of that some studio or recessed lighting has option on dimming the lights. Track lights are another good option because they cover a large section of space. If you don’t want to make large lighting set ups, you can still accent light to create dramatic effects.
Playlist
The Café experience is sensory driven, so much as it is visual it is also audible as well. Sound has a profound effect on our mood. It can get us hype us for an event, like rock music at Basketball game. Likewise, acoustic music can help us feel at ease like at a bar or restaurant. Music can take us places we’ve never been and show us things we’ve never seen. These are things to take in consideration when we create our playlist. There are a lot of ways we can enjoy our music. There are some great streaming platforms out there for example, Spotify and Pandora are great. However, if you’re feeling less ambitious there are also YouTube channels dedicate to café playlists.
Coffee Recipes
Inside everyone is an inner barista, waiting to be woken up. That barista is exercised through expressing your creative side.
There are many recipes that you can find with a quick click of the mouse. Many recipes aren’t that complicated. You don’t have to have a restaurant quality espresso machine to make coffee. You can find even some recipes that use instant coffee.
Limit Distractions
The most essential part of a café experience is to enjoy yourself. If you’re wondering about how the light bill will be, or worry about other event, you will find it difficult to relax. When we go to Starbucks or Dunkin there is intent to focus, either on work, study or just a cup of coffee. The real trick to pulling off the café experience is to be completely invested in it. If you’re involved in too many activities, you’ll miss out. That is the main reason we put so much weight on the lighting and sound so you can be completely committed to tasting coffee and enjoying the experience.
A little creativity can go a long way in a short amount of time. At first sight 15 minutes may not seem like a lot of time, but when you look at the possibilities you’ll see 15 minutes can make or break your morning. We work long hours at our jobs and we want to make the most of it and feel a deep sense of satisfaction at the end of the day. Those valuable 15 minute breaks can do just that. Exploring your creative side really moves your day along. Elevate your snack time to another level. Who else can say they learned Spanish, did yoga and read “Twilight” in a 15 minute time limit? This can make the difference between just trudging through the trenches of tasks and conquering the day. Our creativity can do that for us. So let’s create a tapestry of pictures, read novels, do sit ups and learn to surf while our jobs pay us to do so. In this blog we’ll discuss some options for doing this.
Reading a Book
Big things can come in small packages. There’s no better example of this than a humble book. Tangled in-between the black words and paper, are people and places to be discovered. You have entire worlds that unfold at your fingertips. Whether it’s a sci-fi, a mystery or an eye opening biography- there’s no better way to relax on your break. I recommend reading at least once a week on your break. It can greatly improve your vocabulary and boost your intellect.
Creating a Photo Album
Our phones can hold possibly thousands of pictures and since the invention of the cloud possibly millions. When you’re on your coffee break you are limited in the places you can go due to a time restraint. So, why not go back in time or edit it all together? How you ask? By organizing or customizing your photo album. Okay, maybe you can’t go back to junior high and not wear braces on yearbook day. However, with today’s technologies you could edit or crop them out using a variety of apps. There are very few activities as relaxing as creating a photo album on social media or in your phone. There are a variety of ways you can express yourself creatively even if you are a complete novice. Below is a list of apps you can use edit or create graphics with your pictures.

Exercising
There is a quote that goes like this: “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don’t shoot their husbands, they just don’t.” (Legally Blonde) On a serious note, there is nothing like a little physical activity to blow off steam and distract you from work. A simple walk around the office can be a welcome escape from stress. Exercise can also help prevent accidents and injuries on the job. It is unappealing to get sweaty and out of breath before resuming your work activities. However, you will have a deep feeling of accomplishment from challenging yourself. If you don’t know where to start, a quick internet search can give you a lot of great ideas. If you feel overwhelmed just remember, it will all be over in 15 minutes. Below this paragraph is a short list of exercises you can do on your break.
20 jumping jacks
20 squats
20 lunges
10 push-ups
40 punches
60 sec elbow plank
20 Flutter kicks
15 burpees
Getting to Know your Co-workers
Making a new friend is one the best things to do on your coffee break. There’s nothing better than grabbing coffee with a friend especially when it’s on the company dime. We spend over half our week at work if you include your lunch break. Why not use that time to make deep meaningful connections? The only people you see more than your co-workers is your own families and if you’re in the corporate environment, you may see them even more them that. So, why not try to get to know them better on a personal level? It will only improve your work performance and potentially reduce stress.
Creativity inspires people to work together. People working together, inspires team work. Team work inspires success. Success opens the door to more opportunities and growth. We owe it to ourselves to be more creative with how we use our time at work (even if it’s just our coffee break) if not for our own benefit, then for those we work with. I encourage taking a stretch, going for a walk with a friend, or learning something new. After all it will only take only take 15 minutes of your day.
From here to now goes god with Chai Latte, and being sprawled out on a couch
Jack Johnson from here to now is unique because it listen like an acoustic retrospective. He reflects on many major events in his life. starting a band in High school, on tracks like tape deck. To songs like radiate, which observing your child in a jam session. The album sounds involve stable of any familiar Jack Johnson song,Rhythm Guitar riffs Accord bridge solo the works. Even though it’s apparent, Musicianship is not to be on display. Jack Johnson songs are as sentiment and quirky as the musician Himself. You either like or it’s not your cup of coffee. I would recommend this album to anyone.
Goes great w/ a can of Starbucks double shot espresso
Imagine – the year is 1996. You’re a teenager stuck between that awkward stage of old enough to drive, but not old enough to have a part time job. Old enough to be responsible for your actions, but not not old enough to have the freedom to make your own decisions. These are the ideas and feelings conveyed in the 17 foot stomping tracks album: Life in General. The average song length is less than 3 minutes.
A straight shot of Adrenalin laced bass riff and drum beats with heart felt lyrics would best describe Life In General. The album was released early in the band’s career when they were almost as young as their listeners. Like their teenage listeners trying to mature and find themselves, so was the band trying to find their sound and establish a following. This is reflected in songs like, “Middle Name” and “My Mom Still Cleans My Room” where the lyric reflect a longing to be taken seriously. Listening to this album when I’m in my car on long trips transports me back to 10th grade riding my bike to work after school and complaining about my grades, parents, and not having a girlfriend. I would recommend this album to anyone who enjoys drum driven west coast punk, wants to revisit high school hi-jinks, or if your mom or spouse still cleans your room.
Tracks to look out for:
Cristalena (cool punk riff)
Move to Bremerton ( long distance relationship drama)
Chick Magnet ( cool rockabilly vibes/w punk under tones)
Southbound (road trip song with a fun a guitar solo)
