1 cup 1/4 of ice

3 squeezes of dark chocolate syrup

2 tea spoons of brown sugar

1/2 cup of milk

1/8 cup of Vanilla syrup

1 Cup instant coffee

1step Add Ice

2step add Milk and Coffee

3step add 3 squeezes of chocolate syrup and 3 tablespoon chocolate chips , vanilla.

4 step blender for 40 seconds, until or until you can’t hear the big ice grind together.

5 Poor in a tall glass add gram crackers or cookie crumbs.

Even though we’re going through trying times with a deadly virus revashing our nation. It’s encouraging to know that restaurant and small businesses like , Ella cafe, raise to the occasion, and put a smile under your mask face.

Tuck away in a sleepy shopping plaza between a kid’s and a clothing alteration shop, there is a small coffee house , Ellas cafe. The entire is a unique French rustic aesthetic which greatly compliment the food and coffee being robust , earth and multilayered.

The baristas warm and friendly and wore their hearts on there sleeves. Parparing our drinks with great and hospitality. You could taste in every sip.

I ordered he steamed milk espresso latte. I really enjoyed it, had a unique texture quality to it. The top part of the milk and sugar was was real sweet and creamy, The core of the drink, had a nice bitter quality which balanced the drink nicely. So it wasn’t overly sweet or bitter.

I definitely recommend Ellas cafe if you’re in Plantation area. It might take you minute to find in the larger plaza just remember it’s in between the gym and the Taylor shop.

Can of pumpkin filler

2 tablespoon of chocolate chips

2 tablespoon Cocoa powder

2 tablespoon of heavy cream

1/2 cup of milk

In a medium size pot pour half a cup of milk

Add 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Turn stove top to medium high

Stir casual let set for 3 to 5 minutes.

Scoop out to tablespoon of pumpkin filler

Add 1/8 heavy cream add vanilla extract blend with a spoon or frothier until desired creaminess.

When hot chocolate is pour into a mug. Then at pumpkin whipped cream as a topping.

Step 1

Scoop out a tablespoon of spreadable honey into measuring cup.

Step2

Add a quarter of a cup heavy cream

Step 3

Add vanilla syrup.

Step 4

Mixture with words whisk and honey is blended with the milk.

Step 5

take your Frother and frothed mixture to your liking.

Step6

Add to cold brewed Coffee and enjoy.

Two tea Bags

1/2 cup of Milk

Two drop lemon extract

Two tablespoon of honey 🍯

1 tablespoon

Let 2 tea bags sheep in hot water for 5 minutes

Pour 1/2 cup of milk in glass

Add 2 drops lemon extract and 2 tablespoons of honey literally.

Poor milk into hot tea , then let cool for 15 seconds.

The month of September brings The anticipation of fall and closure of the summer months. One thing September brings with it that no one looks forward to, is rain. When your stuck in at Home with nowhere to go there nothing more comforting then the warm arms of a loved one and a cup of hot tea.

The gloomy weather inspired this weeks recipe. There’s nothing that elevates your drink experience more then flavored milk. You can impress your friends and families with the addition of Lemon milk. The Lemon milk taste delicious just the right amount of milk and lemon taste. This drink was a breeze to make and easier drink. The perfect drink to get you through those rainy September days.

All the tool and ingredients

Tea kettle

A frother or small spoon

A tall glass

Spoon

Coffee cup

Ingredients

3 bags of Tazo Chi tea

1 Tea spoon of cinnamon

1 tea spoon of nutmeg

2 tablespoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup or vanilla extract

Half cup of milk

1/4 heavy cream

Step 1 let 3 chi teabag stew in 1 cup of hot water for 90 sec

Step2 add tea to larger glass then add half cup of milk.

Step3 mix heavy cream , cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar together. Blend till it’s supper thick.

Step4 with a spoon scoop out froth on to latte for delicious results.

The prefect Saturday afternoon drink.

A 12 oz. Mason jar or Glass

Kettle

A mug

2 tablespoon of sugar

1 Tazo passion fruit tea bag .FYI: If your serving two use 2 tea bags.

Lemonade

Vanilla extract

Step1: Heat 1 cup of Water .

2.Pour half a cup of hot water in a mug then add a tea bag.

3. Add 2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4.Let it sit for 15 minutes. Leave the teabags in.

2. With the teabags still in the cup place in the fridge for one hour.

3. Put 4 large ice cubes in a 12 oz Glass

4. Pour tea into mason jar . Then add 1 cup of Lemonade.

5. Put lid on Mason jar shake carefully

6. Serve of in joy

For doubling serving sizes, just double every thing. For instance, use tea bags 1 cup of hot water instead of a half cup. You get the idea.

Review: It was twice the flavor half the Caffeine. I like this one more then I thought I would. I never really drink or eat passion fruit. However, it’s my Wife favorite fruity drink other than mimosa.

Taste profile: The taste was a little of balanced, and that was prefect for me. 😊 I like things a tart, or sour.

All you warhead kids who loved those super sour candy back in grade school, can appreciate this tea. The sweetness was there with the sugar and vanilla extract, but the lemonade add good sourness. This is a great mid afternoon tea you can have with lunch or an afternoon snack. Do yourself, a favor and make extra, because you’ll differently want some this weekend.

Step 1. Poor 1/4 cup of hot water in a bowl

Step5. Poor 1 cup of either milk, almond milk or coconut milk , in the glass.

Step6. Poor Matcha in the glass mix and enjoy.

Today we’re leaving the realm of mugs and coffee grinders behind. So ,we can enjoy quality time with caffeinated friend Matcha. Matcha is a Green tea leaf Painstakingly grounded into a fine powder. They have more health regular green tea, because your ingesting the leaf itself.

Matcha is loaded with calcium and antioxidants both of which are great for your skin elasticity and reduces inflammation. It also boasts your immune system. It’s a good idea to drink around cold season.

The closer we get to October the more I’ll be Featuring healthier drink options, to prepare my readers for the holidays festivities. The last thing you really need is a decadent drink to go with your Santa clus cookie and eggnog, or pumpkin spice bread gingerbread latte.
